Listing Thread is an invitation-only pilot based in Singapore. These terms explain the basis on which you may use the hosted app at app.listingthread.com and its associated public website.
The service helps property agents organise contacts, properties, enquiries, follow-ups, tenancy information, messages and appointments. It is a work-management tool, not an estate agency, transaction platform or substitute for professional advice. For questions about these terms, email support@listingthread.com.
2. Access and accounts
Use the app only after accepting an invitation and these terms. You must be an adult and have authority to act for any business or people whose information you manage. Public access to this website does not grant access to a private workspace.
Keep your sign-in details and connected accounts secure. Do not share your credentials or allow unauthorised access. Tell us promptly if you suspect a compromised account. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app; contact us to discuss offboarding any existing data.
3. Use it responsibly
Only add, connect, send or share information that you are authorised to handle. You are responsible for giving your clients appropriate notices, obtaining any necessary consent, and following applicable data-protection, property-agency and communications rules.
Do not use the service for spam, misleading listings, harassment, unlawful discrimination, unlawful data collection, malware or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not connect another person’s Google or WhatsApp account without permission. Do not deliberately overload the service or access another workspace.
Keep sensitive information to the minimum necessary for your work. Do not use the pilot as the sole store for identity documents, financial records or other essential evidence.
4. Your information and content
You retain your rights in the information and content you provide. You authorise us to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the service, carry out your instructions, support and protect the service, and meet legal obligations, as described in the privacy policy.
Check recipients and shared content before sending a message or creating a client link. A recipient can forward a link or save information already received. Revoking a link cannot recall a downloaded copy.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of records, listings, instructions and messages. Your use does not give us permission to sell your personal information or reuse Google data outside the limits in our privacy policy.
5. Connected services and actions
Google Calendar and WhatsApp are optional third-party connections. Their availability, permissions and use are also governed by their providers. Listing Thread is independent and is not endorsed by Google or WhatsApp.
Calendar connection authorises the scheduling actions described before you grant access and in our Calendar privacy explanation. Confirm the calendar, contact, date and time before saving. A failed or uncertain result is not proof that the external action did or did not happen; check its status before repeating it.
You can disconnect a service. Disconnection does not automatically cancel external calendar events, recall sent messages or erase retained business history. The privacy policy explains how to request deletion of data held by Listing Thread.
6. Review before relying on output
Review messages, templates, research, summaries and any AI-assisted output before sending or acting on them. Listing information, availability and market material may be incomplete or out of date. AI-assisted research is only available where enabled and can be wrong.
Listing Thread does not guarantee a sale, tenancy, return, valuation, legal outcome or regulatory compliance. Make your own checks and obtain appropriate professional advice for legal, financial, tax and property decisions. The app is not an emergency communications service.
7. Pilot availability and future charges
This is an early pilot. Features, access and usage limits may change; maintenance and third-party interruptions may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular response time or that every feature will remain available.
We will tell you about any fees and applicable paid-service terms before asking you to take up a paid service. These terms do not authorise a new charge, a paid subscription or an automatic renewal.
Keep appropriate independent records and backups for your work. Publishing this website or completing Google OAuth verification does not change the pilot’s status or create a service-level guarantee.
8. Ending access and offboarding
You may stop using Listing Thread and ask us to offboard your workspace by emailing support@listingthread.com. Export and offboarding are operator-assisted during the pilot. We will explain what can be exported, the recovery window and applicable deletion limits.
We may restrict or suspend access for a security risk, misuse, a legal requirement or the end of the pilot. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and give notice of a planned service closure so you can request your records. Urgent protective action may be immediate.
Retention and deletion follow the privacy policy. Disconnection, archiving and permanent deletion are different actions.
9. Responsibility and applicable law
We aim to operate the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law permits, we do not warrant that it will meet every requirement or be error-free, and we do not accept responsibility for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, actions you authorise, or third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits a right that cannot be waived, or overrides duties under applicable data-protection law.
Singapore law governs these terms. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Subject to any mandatory rights, disputes may be brought before the courts of Singapore.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the pilot develops. Material changes will be communicated, with a new acceptance requested where required. A future commercial release may have a different operating entity or paid terms; we will identify those before they apply.
